Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By enrolling in the WSOEH Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to fully comply with the terms and conditions set forth in this Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”).

We strongly recommend reviewing this Agreement in full, as it forms a legally binding contract between you and WSOEH. By submitting your application through our online form, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms outlined in this Agreement. Once WSOEH approves your application, you will be legally bound by these terms.

Your participation in the Program is intended exclusively for promoting WSOEH in a lawful manner and earning commissions on eligible purchases made by users you refer to our website.

This Agreement takes effect once your application is approved by WSOEH and remains active until your participation is terminated.

WSOEH reserves the right to modify or update any part of this Program or Agreement at any time, without prior notice. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your sole option is to discontinue participation in the Program. Continued participation constitutes your full acceptance of all changes.

Both you and WSOEH have the right to suspend or terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause. Commissions are only payable while you are an active participant and in full compliance with this Agreement.

Commissions and Payouts

WSOEH pays affiliates a commission for purchases made by referred users, according to the program's established payout schedule. All sales tracking, monitoring, and commission calculations are handled through the Affiliatly affiliate tracking system. Once registered with Affiliatly, both parties gain access to the data used to determine the amount of earned commissions.

WSOEH reserves the right to adjust commission rates at its sole discretion-either increasing or decreasing them. There is no maximum limit on commission earnings. If a referred customer requests a return or if a payment is canceled, the commission will not be paid. If the commission was already paid prior to the return, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your future payouts.

Due to potential returns and the processing nature of transactions, WSOEH may delay commission payments for up to three months.

Referrals

WSOEH attributes referrals to you through tracking codes embedded in your affiliate links.

We use a third-party app for our affiliate program - Affiliatly - which is integrated into our store. When a user clicks on your unique affiliate link, a cookie containing your referral ID is placed in their browser. Additionally affiliate tracking platform, may use the browser’s IP address or similar technologies to identify the user.

When the referred user makes a purchase, affiliate tracking platform checks for the presence of the tracking cookie or other identifiers to associate the transaction with your account and apply the corresponding commission. WSOEH reserves the right to refuse service to any referral.

Our affiliate program provides both direct (first-level) and indirect (second-level) commission opportunities. Through our two-tier referral system, you may earn commissions not only from customers you refer directly, but also from those referred by affiliates you have personally recruited. All commissions are subject to the terms and conditions of our affiliate agreement.

Participation in the affiliate program

Participation in our program is available to both individuals and legal entities, regardless of citizenship, place of residence, social status, nationality, gender, race, or religious beliefs. We are committed to providing equal opportunities for all participants.

Restrictions may apply only in cases required by applicable law and international sanctions.
We are obligated to comply with financial regulations and prevent illegal activities, including money laundering and fraud.

To ensure secure payouts, the following requirements apply:

  • The PayPal account used for receiving payouts must match the physical address and email provided during registration.

  • During withdrawals, the system may automatically verify PayPal data against the user’s registered information.

  • If inaccurate or fraudulent information is provided, access to the system may be restricted and data may be removed in accordance with our security policy and data protection regulations.

We do not restrict access to the program based on personal characteristics or beliefs - only in accordance with legal requirements and sanction regulations.

To manage our referral program, we use the Affiliatly app, which is fully integrated into our store. This is the only official method to become our affiliate partner - you must register through the official link: https://affiliate.wsoeh.com/.

To register, you will need a valid email address that can both send and receive messages, as a confirmation link will be sent to the email you provide. This email address will also be used to receive PayPal payments for your earned referral commissions.

Every new partner receives a $5 bonus. Once a partner reaches $95 in earnings, the total balance becomes $100, including our bonus, and they can request a payout.

Referral Link

You can access your personal affiliate dashboard using the following URL: https://affiliatelogin.wsoeh.com/.

Browsers that block cookies or have strict settings may not load the Affiliate Pages. We recommend using regular Google Chrome.

In your affiliate dashboard, you can:

  1. Create custom referral links for any product on the website wsoeh.com;

  2. Use your default referral link, which covers the entire store catalog. This link can be found at: Homepage → Your referral link and may look like this: https://wsoeh.com/?aff=1;

  3. Track detailed statistics for your referrals and earned commissions;

  4. Submit withdrawal requests for your earned funds.

Every purchase made through your referral link earns you a commission - whether the link directs to a specific product or to the homepage - as long as the cookie duration terms are met.

Cookie Duration Terms

Under the terms of our affiliate program, the referral cookie duration is set to 365 days. This means that a user who clicks your affiliate link once and completes a purchase will be permanently associated with your account and shown in your dashboard as a referred user.

Any future purchases made by this user will also be automatically tracked by the system and generate commissions for you - without any additional action required on your part.

Conditions for Earning Referral Commissions

Referral commissions are credited only when the following conditions are met:

  • The user accepted the cookie upon visiting the site;

  • The user is using the same device on which the cookie was originally set;

  • The user has not cleared their cookies since the initial visit;

  • The user has not clicked another affiliate’s link after clicking yours.

Payouts

Currently, all payouts are made exclusively via PayPal.
When registering for our affiliate program at https://affiliate.wsoeh.com/, you must use the same email address linked to your active and verified PayPal account.
In other words, the email you use to register on Affiliatly must match your PayPal email.

Payouts are processed according to the following schedule, based on your available withdrawal balance:

  • $100-$500 per week: Paid once per month, on the first Monday of the month.
    Minimum withdrawal amount is $100. Payouts are not issued until this threshold is reached.

  • $500-$1,000 per week: Paid once per week, on Mondays.

  • $1,000-$5,000 per week: Paid twice per week, on Mondays and Fridays.

  • $5,000-$10,000 per week: Paid daily on business days - Monday through Friday (up to 260 days per year).

  • Over $10,000 per week: Payouts available daily, 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.
    24/7 priority support is also provided. Withdrawals can be requested at any time.

For affiliates with a weekly payout amount under $10,000, payments are made only on business days - no payouts on weekends or holidays.

These rules apply to both individuals and legal entities.

Payout Restrictions

We do not ship products or issue payouts to individuals located in countries listed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
By using this website, its products, or services, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you are not located in any OFAC-sanctioned territory and that you are not listed on any international sanctions lists.

Referral Cancellations and Terminations

WSOEH reserves the right to cancel recorded referrals in cases of order cancellations, returns, duplicate tracking, disputed transactions, or violations of the terms and conditions outlined in this Affiliate Agreement.

If we request clarification or additional information regarding orders or activity that appears suspicious or potentially violates the program's terms, you are required to provide truthful and timely responses.


Examples of communication policy violations include:

  • Withholding information, avoiding responses, or intentionally providing misleading details;

  • Failing to respond within a reasonable timeframe, despite multiple contact attempts using the details listed in your profile;

  • Inability to verify the traffic source to our website with clear and credible proof.

If any of the above violations are identified, WSOEH reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend your participation in the program;

  • Cancel accrued commissions;

  • Adjust your payout amount;

  • Set your commission rate to 0%;

  • Or permanently terminate your participation in the affiliate program.

We understand that some violations may result from automated systems. However, each affiliate is fully responsible for maintaining a reliable tracking process to prevent such occurrences and for adhering strictly to the terms of this Agreement.

Email Policy

Under no circumstances is it permitted to send spam as part of the WSOEH affiliate program. Spam refers to unsolicited commercial email messages, as defined by the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (“the Act”).

WSOEH reserves the right to withhold, suspend, or cancel any payouts or commissions associated with commercial messages sent in violation of this Act.

Only transactional or informational emails that qualify as "relationship messages" under the CAN-SPAM Act are allowed.

Social Media Policy

WSOEH allows the promotion of affiliate offers through Facebook, Twitter, blogs, forums, and other social platforms, provided the following rules are followed:

Permitted: You may post your referral links on your own social media pages, websites, and blogs.

Prohibited: You may not post your affiliate links on any official WSOEH pages, accounts, or websites.

Keywords

You shall not purchase keywords, domain names, advertising, search terms, AdWords, or any other identifiers that include the word “WSOEH (including World Source of Energetic Homeopathy),” the names of WSOEH products or services, or any variations or misspellings thereof.

Specifically, this policy prohibits you from:

  1. Bidding on “WSOEH” and any keyword string that includes this term, such as “WSOEH products” or “WSOEH coupons” or “WSOEH promotions”, and any of the other variations.

  2. Bidding on specific product names and any keyword string that includes them, such as “WSOEH skincare” or “WSOEH supplements” or “WSOEH discounts”, and any of the other variations.

  3. Purchasing domain names based on “WSOEH” or its variations, such as “WSOEHshop.com” or “wsoeh-store.co” or “www.wsoeh-reviews.net”, and any of the other variations.

  4. Purchasing domain names based on specific WSOEH products or their variations, such as “WSOEHBeauty.com” or “WSOEHproduct.co” or www.wsoehproduct-review.org, and any of the other variations.

Relationship

This Agreement shall not be interpreted as creating any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between you and WSOEH. You act as an independent contractor, providing promotional services for WSOEH on your own behalf. You do not have the authority to bind WSOEH to any agreements or obligations, and you will not be considered an agent or representative of WSOEH in any capacity.

WSOEH bears no responsibility for any taxes, fees, or financial obligations that may arise from your participation in the affiliate program. All commissions paid to you will be gross payments, and no tax withholdings will be made by WSOEH.

You are required to include a clear and transparent disclosure on any page, post, or platform where your affiliate links appear in the context of an endorsement or review-especially in cases where it may not be immediately evident that the link is promotional. The disclosure must clearly state that you are compensated by WSOEH in exchange for your endorsement or review.

Prohibited Claims

You shall not, whether in your own activities or in those of any affiliate, referral partner, or other person or entity who accesses WSOEH through your unique referral link, make, publish, or imply any statement, representation, or claim that any WSOEH product, service, program, or informational content - including, without limitation, any services, information, digital content, or other offerings accessed through this Website - is intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

You are further required, in all marketing materials, communications, social media posts, advertisements, websites, product descriptions, or any other form of promotion, to clearly and conspicuously include the following disclaimer (or an equivalent statement approved by WSOEH):
"This product/service is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease."

Warranties

WSOEH does not make any express or implied warranties or representations regarding participation in the Program.

WSOEH does not guarantee that the operation of the Program will be uninterrupted or error-free, and it shall not be held liable for any consequences resulting from system interruptions, malfunctions, or errors.

Furthermore, WSOEH makes no promises, guarantees, or assurances regarding any outcomes, earnings, or results for either you or your referred users. Performance and results may vary, and participation in the Program does not imply any guaranteed benefit for you or your referrals, nor can any specific outcome be guaranteed from the use of any WSOEH product or service by you or your referred users.

You represent and warrant the following:

  1. You have the legal authority to enter into this Agreement and be bound by its terms and conditions.

  2. Your website does not contain any materials that are:

(a) Illegal or promote conduct that is unlawful under the laws of the United States;
(b) Illegal or promote conduct that is unlawful in your local jurisdiction.

  1. You have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any intellectual property displayed on your website. Your site does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party. No legal claims or threats have been made against you in this regard, and you have no reason to believe that any such claims will arise.

  2. You do not directly compete with WSOEH, nor are you an employee, agent, or business partner of any company or entity that does. However, you may serve as an affiliate or independent contractor for other entities that may be considered competitors.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold harmless WSOEH from any claim, damage, lawsuit, action, complaint, or other costs arising out of any breach of your warranties set forth above. You will also indemnify and hold harmless WSOEH for any damage, loss, or other cost resulting from your use or misuse of the Assets, Goods (Items), and Services.

Confidentiality

Any information you become aware of through your relationship with WSOEH under these terms and policies, which is not publicly available, shall be treated as confidential company information. You may not disclose such confidential information to any individual or entity without prior written consent from WSOEH, except where disclosure is required by law.

Regional Availability

The affiliate program interface automatically supports translation into the following languages: German, French, Italian, Russian, Spanish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Hebrew, Polish, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, Chinese (Mandarin), Taiwanese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean, Arabic, and Greek.
The default language is English.

Language support and the availability of the affiliate program in specific countries or regions may be changed at any time at the sole discretion of WSOEH, without prior notice.

If WSOEH owes you a commission for completed referral work, that balance will be paid out regardless of regional availability changes.

Account Suspension Policy

WSOEH reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Affiliate account in the following cases:

  1. No referrals within the first 14 days.
    If the Affiliate referral system does not generate at least one paying customer within the first 14 days after account activation, WSOEH may suspend the account.

  2. Incorrect or invalid account information.
    If the Affiliate system identifies that the provided address or contact details are inaccurate, incomplete, or cannot be verified.

  3. Suspicion of unauthorized account ownership.
    WSOEH may close the account if there are reasonable grounds to believe the account does not belong to the registered person or is being used fraudulently.

  4. Failure to verify contact information.
    If the information provided during registration (phone number, email, or other required details) is incorrect or cannot be verified, and the Affiliate does not respond using the contact details provided.

  5. Violation of the Affiliate Agreement.

    If the Affiliate violates this Agreement, and the account balance is less than $100 (including the $5 complimentary bonus), the remaining funds will not be refunded. Amounts exceeding $100 may be reviewed for withdrawal on a case-by-case basis, subject to compliance verification.

By registering as an Affiliate, you agree to provide accurate information and maintain full responsibility for your account.

Affiliate Program Disclaimer

As we use a third-party service Affiliatly to manage our affiliate program, WSOEH assumes no responsibility for its performance, security, or handling of sensitive information.
If a referral commission is not credited, it may indicate that one or more of the Conditions for Earning Referral Commissions were not met, or that a technical issue occurred on the platform’s end. In such cases, we recommend contacting their support team directly to investigate and resolve the issue.
Please note: We do not have access to the internal infrastructure of the service. Our control is limited to basic visual customization and interface setup.
The platform operates under its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, which can be reviewed on its official website.

Liability

WSOEH shall not be liable for any loss of profits, expenses, or for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to costs related to the procurement of substitute goods or services (regardless of whether WSOEH was, or should have been, aware of the possibility of such damages), arising from or related to any service outage, suspension, or interruption, termination of this Agreement, use or misuse of the Assets, or any other aspect of service performance under this Agreement.
