How to Submit a Ticket through the Portal:
To submit a ticket, simply log in to the portal using your email address. Once logged in, click the "+ Submit a ticket" button. After submitting, you'll receive a response directly to your email.
If you don’t receive a response to your email within 48 hours, please check the status of your ticket in your account dashboard where you created the ticket, using the link provided above✅.
